B&Ms, have you had people try to bring cigars back? What's your policy/practice?

my stores do not allow cigar returns because we do not know how the cigars have been maintained since the customer took them... even sealed boxes could have been exposed to heat which could lead to beetle infestations.... but, of course all rules can be broken... especially if you know the customer very well and they assure you the cigars were kept properly...
